The Metaalunie terms and conditions apply to every quotation from First-Case B.V., to every agreement we enter into and to every agreement arising from those. They are the general terms and conditions of delivery issued by Koninklijke Metaalunie, filed with the Registry of the Court of Rotterdam.
We apply the version of 1 January 2025. It is available below in five languages, each in two formats: the four-page reading version and the same text on a single A4, handy for the reverse of a quotation.
